This notice describes how the Zero Trust Security website handles information, including secure contact inquiries when that workflow is active.
Website behavior
This website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or customer accounts. The secure contact workflow is unavailable unless it is explicitly enabled and fully configured.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set non-essential cookies or use browser storage for tracking. A cosmetic cookie banner is therefore not included.
Hosting and technical requests
The hosting provider may process routine technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser information, subject to its configuration and terms.
Contact inquiries
When the contact workflow is active, an inquiry may collect the following information:

- Work email
- Company or organization
- Optional phone number
- Optional role or title
- Inquiry category
- Message
Zero Trust Security uses this information to respond to inquiries, route requests internally, evaluate service or product interest, and maintain basic correspondence records.
No marketing enrollment
Submitting a contact inquiry is not newsletter enrollment and does not create a general marketing subscription.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, credentials, IP addresses, network diagrams, security logs, vulnerability details, operational information, payment data, customer data, or other regulated or sensitive information through the contact form.
Service providers
When the workflow is active, an anti-automation provider and a transactional email provider may process limited information needed to verify and deliver the inquiry. Hosting providers may also process routine technical request data. These providers operate subject to their own terms and configurations.
Correspondence records
Basic inquiry and correspondence records may be maintained as reasonably needed to respond, route requests, and preserve business communications. This notice does not state a fixed retention period.
