Frequently asked questions

Clear starting points for security work.

Understand where services, OZVO, and a first conversation fit—without sharing sensitive information.

When should we hire Zero Trust Security?

When you need an independent architecture decision, assessment, hardening plan, exposure-management model, identity review, OT-aware design, or incident-readiness work that your team cannot absorb alone.

When should we consider OZVO?

When you need continuous local visibility, device awareness, evidence, risk context, and a path toward qualified policy-bound protection. OZVO remains in development and early access.

Do we need both?

No. Services and OZVO solve different parts of the security operating problem. Either can stand alone; both can reinforce one another when that fits the environment.

Does Zero Trust Security guarantee compliance or breach prevention?

No. Security work reduces and manages risk. Scope, evidence, and outcomes are documented without promising absolute protection or automatic compliance.

What should we include in an inquiry?

Describe the business or security outcome, organization type, and timing at a high level. Never include passwords, network ranges, logs, vulnerability details, or incident evidence in a public form.
